We appreciate that our approach is unique and you may hold some trepidation about undertaking something outside of the norm. That’s why we offer a no cost or obligation initial assessment so that you can see not only how we operate but specifically how we can help you to grow and develop.
The process contains a 1.5 hour assessment meeting followed by a brief findings report presentation. There is no cost for this and the report and findings are yours to do with as you wish.
The assessment meeting covers a small number of key operational areas (that may traditionally be placed in the 'marketing' basket) such as sales/business development methods and systems, customer relations activities, income stream breadth, market positioning, brand health, market research and competitor assessments.
The report identifies key strengths and weaknesses and may include recommendations of where we believe the organisation may benefit by increasing its focus. Whilst you are under no obligation to action any report elements (or indeed to engage Loud to undertake these), we often include recommendations regarding actions we identify could assist growth.
